![]() ![]() You could make H3 Black Dragons and H3 Gold Dragons fight for supremacy, even as expectator between AI-controlled characters, and see which creature is best. So for example, you could have Black Dragon (H2), Black Dragon (H3) and Black Dragon (H3HD) as different characters. Thousands of chars can be in the same rooster so this woudn't be a problem. Heroes 2 sprites can also be made into (smaller) characters and even join in the same game. If ubisoft's remaster included larger sprites for H3 combat, these could be used as well. Sprites for Heroes 3 can be found here: and here Sprites are available as sheets online so it woudnt even be necessary to convert them. My idea is for people which have also coding and graphics experience to join. I can do some basic coding in this regard as well as color palette editing. They could be submitted to Saltybet and online repositories so it woudn't be necessary for a full game to be finished to start seeing our creations fight. WHat I was thinking is on using the Heroes 3 Sprites to begin with and make MUGEN characters out of them. There is a 24 hs MUGEN video stream with bets and thousands of characters in this website (also on Twitch): Some make their own full MUGEN games from a franchise, such as this, of Metal Slug: The list of MUGEN characters made reachs into the high thousands, you can see (and download) some here, divided into hundreds of categories: As long as you have or can make 2D vertical sprites of something, it can be made into a MUGEN character. MUGEN has extremely flexible code for character making which led people to make almost everything in MUGEN form, from Zelda characters to Metal Gear. MUGEN is an arcade emulator for fighting games such as in the style of Mortal Combat, Street Fighter and King of Fighters. I would like to search for people interested in making an HOMM MUGEN game and HOMM MUGEN characters. ![]()
